About the Role

Join Flash Communications to support operations at Mauritius Duty Free Paradise! We are seeking dependable, active, and motivated Operations Helpers for the contract period from 01 November 2026 to 31 January 2027. In this vital role, you will assist our on-ground team with daily operational, retail, and logistical tasks to ensure an efficient, seamless experience for travelers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with stock handling, merchandise movement, and careful stock placement.
• Unpack delivered goods and verify incoming shipments against checklists.
• Ensure regular shelf replenishment and maintain pristine visual display standards.
• Help organize back-office storage areas and assist with periodic inventory counts.
• Provide flexible multitask support to daily airport retail and duty-free operations.

Requirements

• Minimum education: School Certificate (SC).
• Reliable, punctual, and a dependable team player.
• Physically fit and comfortable handling, lifting, and moving merchandise boxes.
• Flexible to work scheduled shifts (including weekends and peak operating hours).
• Positive attitude and ability to thrive in an energetic airport retail environment.
